Our tumbling coaches are the best around. Our tumbling classes are designed especially for the serious cheerleader who is interested in becoming a better tumbler. These fast-paced classes emphasize conditioning, proper progressions and hard work. We emphasize the skills important to competitive cheering (round-off, back handspring, back tuck, etc.) and class members will benefit from consistent and positive reinforcement of skills being learned.

 

 

 

Cheer Tumbling
(ages 10 and up)
Summer Schedule beginning 06/04/08
Wednesday 8:00 - 9:00 pm.  $15.00/class


In addition to the tumbling class listed above, we teach group tumbling classes to Cheer Storm Competitive Cheerleading and to the following local high school squads:

  • Hidden Valley High School
  • Lord Botetourt High School
  • Northside High School
  • Salem High School
  • William Byrd High School
