Recreational Class Descriptions

Our recreational classes are great for all boys and girls, whether gymnastics is their sport or they're just looking to have a great time. Our classes are fun and challenging and the skills we teach are great for improving strength, flexibility and physical fitness. Our staff is here to ensure that each child not only learns new skills, but also gains self-esteem and confidence while accomplishing goals and making new friends.

Beginner / Adv. Beg.

This class is designed for boys and girls ages 5-7. Classes will teach skills and progressions for tumbling, bars, beam, vault, trampoline and tumble-trak. This class is helpful in promoting increased body awareness and motor skill development which will be beneficial in gymnastics or any other sport.

Intermediate

For boys and girls ages 7 and up, this class is challenging and fun and will emphasize perfecting beginning level skills and introducing intermediate to advanced skills on each apparatus. Training will include exercises designed to improve strength and flexibility.
